A Blended Approach

A blended or integrated learning approach is based on the premise that the organisation has a clear focus on improving performance through learning. To ensure this it is important that the learning process meets the needs of the individual as well as the organisation. The Intellexis approach identifies an individual's base level of understanding and financial acumen, and then uses this information to support the learning process and the broader training requirement.

Using a blend of on-line learning, competency assessment tools and subject matter expert trainers allows us to create the right balance of learning intervention, guiding the learner through knowledge acquisition as effectively and efficiently as possible. The application and sustainability of knowledge is achieved through the facilitation of expert coaches and learner access to relevant reference materials.
