An interactive business simulation aimed at testing the business minds of your team. As you know the control of cash within an organisation is extremely important. Even if the company is profitable, if it has insufficient cash to pay its way, suppliers will cease to provide the goods and services the company requires to produce its own products. Cash Flow Challenge should be used to teach all users the value of finance within business and that each decision made no matter how small makes an impact on the overall profit of the organisation. It is aimed at managers, prospective managers, and anyone else within an organisation involved in making business decisions. The goal of each individual who plays the game is simple - to raise £1 million for your organisation in a month. Players take the role of Financial Director for their own company. As the Financial Director players are presented with a number of decisions to make. As in a real company there are a team of people offering advice, opinions and criticisms which may help or hinder their performance. Since actions have consequences, at various points along the way players receive a score, of which there are 2 types. Cash Flow points which is based on cash coming in or going out of the company and Business points which reflect the style with which you make your decisions.
