Cash Flow Challenge

Understanding the language of numbers and how they work is vital to the success of an organisation. The more the members of an organisation understand how the numbers work and the impact their activities have on the overall financial well-being the better the organisation is likely to run. Financial decision making relies on those making the decisions understanding the language of finance an the consequent impact of their actions. This programme enables participants to really understand what it is like to run a business and be responsible for the numbers through developing a business plan and through a highly effective computer based Cash Flow Challenge, developed especially by Intellexis. Through this simulation they will experience some of the difficulties associated with financial decision making and will develop their confidence through activities that gradually increase their understanding and knowledge of business relationships and choices.
